Explore two banks of nine algorithms, from Abyss and Glass to Choir, Formant and Static. Each has its own factory voicing. New Scene creates a variation around the selected algorithm while preserving your envelope, output, reverb and modulation settings.
Shape the generator with Pitch, Structure, Contour and Texture. Add cross-modulation with Bend and detuning with Spread. Explore Resonance, Drive and Shift, then use Regen for bounded feedback. Blend balances the generator and its internal processor.
Connect four modulation routes to two LFOs, smooth Drift or the envelope. Use positive or negative depths, free or synchronised LFO rates and a global Amount control. Ambient Random creates slow-moving routes; pitch modulation can stay locked out.
Start a sustained atmosphere without a MIDI keyboard, or switch to Trigger mode for note-driven gestures. Shape the rise from 5 milliseconds to 8 seconds and the decay from 100 milliseconds to 20 seconds, from immediate textures to gradual swells.
Refine the output with high-pass and low-pass filtering, a high shelf and a broad mid boost. Add the separate wide stereo reverb when you want more space. A dedicated output control and peak protection help keep levels in check.
The aurora display responds to the sound and modulation, giving motion a visual presence. Choose five themes in dark or light mode, adjust glow and display quality, or switch the visual off. English and German interface options are included.
